Returns

To ensure proper credit/refund for returnable items, please call our Client Relations Department at 800.622.7584 or 734.459.1030 to request a Return Materials Authorization number. Items must be returned within 30 days of invoicing and credits are issued less packaging and shipping charges. Credits/refunds will only be issued for items returned in saleable condition. The following items are not returnable: Leader’s Guides, videos, Feedback Reports, flipcharts, PowerPoint^® presentations, and outdated materials.

Terms and Conditions

All online orders placed at shop.humansynergistics.com require credit card payment at the time the order is placed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card. Credit cards are charged at the time of purchase. We regret that we are unable to ship materials when accounts are past due. Sales Tax will be added to order totals when applicable. Tax-exempt groups must provide a copy of their tax-exempt certificate. Prices, discounts, terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

For clients offered net payment terms (not applicable for orders placed online), a late fee of 1.5% per month will be charged for any past due invoices. Digital Credit Expiration

Your purchased credits for any digital product is valid for 1 year from the date of issue, unless otherwise listed. We do not reissue it past the expiration date and we reserve the right to expire your credits 1 year from the date of issue.
