Team-Building Simulations

Our team-building simulations provide:

• a unique opportunity to quickly and objectively ascertain whether your groups are achieving synergy;
• a platform for facilitating their development;
• an opportunity for members to practice more Constructive behaviors.

Survival Simulation Series

Our Survival Simulation Series exercises require team members to work together effectively to deal with life-threatening situations. These simulations can be used:

  • as icebreakers
  • to establish Constructive norms within a new work group
  • to introduce members to the value of synergy
  • to gauge their synergistic problem-solving skills.

The widely-used simulations in this team challenge series include the Desert Survival Situation (the original “plane crash” ranking task) and Subarctic Survival Situation™ (the first “winter survival” problem for process consultation).

Business Simulation Series

From conducting effective meetings and planning projects to resolving customer complaints, the group process exercises in our Business Simulation Series can be used to sharpen business knowledge and practices while tuning up teamwork skills. This leads to double the impact on performance.

The exercises in our Business Simulation Series strengthen the knowledge, skills and behaviors your teams need to solve problems and make decisions effectively (and efficiently)

Relevant to all types of organizations, examples of the exercises in this series include: Project Planning Situation and Turnaround.
