We presented at CultureCon West in Las Vegas, Nevada for our final off-site presentation of 2024!

Led by Roxanne Ray, this interactive session explored how Climate (“How things get done around here”) influences Culture (“How people are expected to get things done around here”) and how both impact Outcomes (behavior, performance, and effectiveness).
