To ensure proper credit/refund for returnable items, please call our Client Relations Department at 800.622.7584 or 734.459.1030 to request a Return Materials Authorization number. Items must be returned within 30 days of invoicing and credits are issued less packaging and shipping charges. Credits/refunds will only be issued for items returned in saleable condition. The following items are not returnable: Leader’s Guides, videos, Feedback Reports, flipcharts, PowerPoint® presentations, and outdated materials.

Terms and Conditions

Any order of $100 or more (within the U.S.) may be invoiced at your request and is subject to credit approval. Orders under $100 require prepayment via VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check, or money order prior to shipping. Our terms are NET 30 days from date of invoice. Credit cards are not charged and invoices are not issued until materials ship. We regret that we are unable to ship materials when accounts are past due. Sales tax will be added to order totals when applicable. Tax-exempt groups must provide a copy of their tax-exempt certificate. Prices, discounts, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.

Digital Credit Expiration

Your purchased credits for any digital product is valid for 1 year from the date of issue, unless otherwise listed. We do not reissue it past the expiration date and we reserve the right to expire your credits 1 year from the date of issue.
