Jochen Grotenhoefer

has been working as a consultant in a variety of companies from different industries for over 25 years. After working for Kienbaum and Landesregierung Rheinland-Pfalz, he was with KPMG Consulting (BearingPoint) for 13 years. In the mid-1990s, he was first introduced to working with Human Synergistics tools in the course of his own personal development and was officially accredited in 2005. Within the context of his activities as an independent coach and change management consultant he has supported organizations in more than 150 cases, making him one of the most experienced consultants using Human Synergistics’ tools in the German-speaking area.

Isabel Cabanis has been a trainer and coach for more than 15 years, focusing on topics revolving around leadership, organizational culture and communication. She also supports Axialent, a leading international consultancy company, with culture transformation initiatives, e.g. as a project leader for the international roll-out of a Leadership Qualification Program of a global player in 14 countries and 8 languages.  Furthermore, she provides support to German mid-sized companies as part of mission statement projects or as a trainer in programs such as ‘21st Century Leadership’, ‘Coaching Skills for Managers’ or ‘Appreciative and Confident Communication’. She started using the Human Synergistics Circumplex in her coaching sessions with (international) executives in 2008.

John van Etten

Managing Director of Human Synergistics InterConnext. With a Masters Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, John has been a member of Human Synergistics for more than 10 years. Initially working as a Research and OD Specialist before becoming Managing Director of HS InterConnext in 2011. John can provide his broad experience and understanding of data-driven approaches to Executive Development, Performance Improvement, Career Development, Coaching, and Culture Change.

was Global Head of Learning and Organizational Development in major global companies before he set up his own consultancy. He is now Owner and Managing Director of «Culture Works» working in various industries and also for nonprofit organizations. His main focus «Organizational Development», «Team Development» and «Coaching» of individuals. He supports individuals, teams, and organizations in change processes. This is where he came in touch with Human Synergistics whose tools he has used for large scale transformations as well as individual development. Today he will talk about the Culture Journey at Straumann.

Simon Holz

He has a Master's degree in Training & Coaching and is a certified social pedagogue. In addition, Simin is trained as a "systemic couple- and family therapist". He is the owner of Coachingpeople and has already coached more than 500 clients. His focus is on leadership culture, organizational culture and personality.

He studied acting at the University "mmm" in Salzburg and is a certified business trainer. Since 2015 he has given more than 300 trainings throughout different industries and leadership level. His main focus  lies in the areas of conflicts, feedback and appearance/effect. In addition to his work as a trainer, Michael Stange is part of the Frankfurt Tatort ensemble.
