Title: Digital Marketing Specialist for Human Synergistics (US Operations)
Location: Mt. Prospect, IL

About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to be responsible for managing all aspects of our demand generation strategy. You will focus on creating, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various marketing channels.

To be successful as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Human Synergistics, you must be self-motivated and proactive, and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and B2B strategies in order to execute successful marketing campaigns.

Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Implement marketing plans and tactics
  • Collaborate in setting goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional)
  • Execute digital marketing tactics to promote thought leadership and increase lead generation
  • Promote brand awareness through marketing efforts
  • Work with others to create, compose, and review marketing content (e.g., email blasts, website content, etc.)
  • Support the team, and overall organization, with marketing activities by developing a working knowledge in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning
  • Assist with the analyses of marketing analytics, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to evolve and continuously improve marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Manage the website, including the e-commerce site, and associated microsites. Liaise with outside digital marketing and website development vendors
  • Assist in the management of the blog and related social media platforms, including social advertising
  • Manage email campaigns, including lead tracking and routing
  • Support with other marketing initiatives as needed

Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Organizational Behavior, and/or related fields
  • 3+ years of marketing experience (digital and traditional) in a B2B environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, CMS software, and Mailchimp (or relevant marketing automation software)
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Enthusiastic about self-development in digital marketing and organizational change
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience using analytics tools and software
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Title: Business Development Lead
Location: Mt. Prospect, IL

About the Role:

The primary objective of the Human Synergistics Business Development Lead is to accelerate our mission of “Changing the World—One Organization at a Time” by securing new clients to successfully apply our products and solutions for developing Constructive managers, leaders, teams, and organizations, which will improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth.

The Business Development Lead works with Human Synergistics leadership to define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

The Business Development Lead will work with the internal team to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for Human Synergistics. To achieve this, the Business Development Lead must find potential new customers, present to them, convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future. The Business Development Lead will also help manage and grow existing client revenue by presenting new solutions. The Business Development Lead will be required to make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict clients’ future needs.

The Business Development Lead will play an integral part in strategic planning for the organization. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years experience in sales in the professional services sector
  • Masters or Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior /Organizational Development/ I-O Psychology and/or MBA preferred
