Dr. Cheryl A. Boglarsky, Director of Research at Human Synergistics
International , delivered a comparative presentation regarding the AMA DISC
Survey™ and the DISC® Classic on November 17, 2006 at the University of
Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
She presented to a graduate student workshop that experienced and discussed the
scales. Dr. Boglarsky compared the psychometric properties of each, and also
discussed the appropriate statistics necessary to evaluate their usefulness.
