Our level of involvement is entirely up to you. For do-it-yourselfers, we can provide you with program suggestions and delivery options. For our more sophisticated products, we conduct several Certification Workshops to supply you with the tools you need to successfully de-brief our assessments with confidence and style.
If you would rather have us conduct some or all of your training and consulting programs, we would gladly partner with you to meet your training and development needs.

Human Synergistics begins the dialogue with you by gathering details regarding your goals, challenges, requirements, and desired outcomes. Once we have a solid understanding of your needs, we develop a customized workshop or suggest one of our many proven workshops. (See list below.) Because of our extensive network of independent consultants, we can meet your delivery requirements, regardless of your location or the size of your organization.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPEMENT MODULES
We have developed a number of training modules designed to meet your training and development needs. These modules combine several Human Synergistics assessments in a manner that will enhance the learning experience for your participants. We can deliver these modules or you can use them to enhance your existing T & D programs. (These modules can be used by internal and external consultants.)
Module One: Your Management Tookit™ Using Management Effectiveness Profile System™ (MEPS), this module is designed to improve the competencies of your management team.
Module Two: Thinking Like a Leader™ * This module uses the dynamic combination of Leadership WorkStyles™ and Coach™ to develop lasting leadership skills.
Module Three: Building Teams That Work™ Combining one or two of Human Synergistics simulations with Group Styles Inventory™ will develop the effectiveness of your teams.
Module Four: Making an Impact™ * Depending on the level of your participants, this module uses either Leadership/Impact™ or Management/Impact™.
Module Five: Culture and Leadership * Using the Organizational Culture Inventory™, this module introduces the importance of culture to leaders.
Module Six: The Empowerment Challenge™ * This program, designed for non-management personnel combines Life Styles Inventory™ with teambuilding.
Module Seven: Managing Conflict * This module uses LSI Conflict™ and the Constructive Negotiation Challenge™ to help participants manage conflict effectively.
