Developed by Ron Phillips, LSI Conflict™ is a customized version of the Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI) by J. Clayton Lafferty, Ph.D. 

LSI Conflict™ helps people analyze and understand whether their thinking and behavior helps or blocks their ability to deal constructively with conflict situations.

Constructive differing is productive—out and out conflict is not.

A self-description inventory, LSI Conflict™ paints a picture using the Human Synergistics International Circumplex to show the individual how he/she responds to conflict situations. Based on the Constructive, Passive/Defensive, and Aggressive/Defensive styles, individuals learn how to build effective conflict resolution styles.
