Culture: The Foundation for Sustained Effectiveness provides you with the knowledge and tools necessary to recognize and enhance the culture of the organization(s) you support. Using the Organizational Culture Inventory® (OCI®) and Organizational Effectiveness Inventory® (OEI), you will learn how to quantify and create profiles of the current and ideal culture for your organization, identify the drivers and outcomes of the current culture, and develop action plans to move your organization toward its ideal.

Upon completion of Culture: The Foundation for Sustained Effectiveness, you will be able to:

• Identify the difference between culture and climate in order to effect meaningful, long-term culture change and promote organizational sustainability
• Recognize the features and benefits of both the OCI and OEI and the advantages of using them together
• Understand the impact of culture and climate on performance
• Build a practical business case for using OCI/OEI to drive organizational effectiveness
