Application and Accreditation Workshops
Human Synergistics International offers workshops to help you (change agents, HR & OD Professionals, internal and external consultants, and coaches) measurably impact the effectiveness of the organization(s) you support. These interactive, hands-on workshops prepare you to expertly apply HSI processes, assessments, and simulations to meet a variety of organizational change and development goals, including:

- Optimizing organizational performance
Completing HSI workshops allows you to:
- Apply the HSI Integrated Diagnostic System—a highly-visual, research-based, integrated system
- Communicate the benefit of Constructive styles
- Build a business case for how HSI diagnostics drive organizational effectiveness
Customize Your Workshop Experience
The Human Synergistics International workshop system features a flexible format enabling you to expand your tool kit and expertise based on your specific areas of interest. HSI workshops run concurrently on different "tracks," allowing you to choose your own path tailored to your specific interests and needs.
Note: Please check the workshop schedule to see which sessions are offered at each location
- Quantifying Organizational Culture and Personal Styles, offered on day one, gives you an in-depth look at HSI systems and models and is the prerequisite for all other workshops. You will experience the Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI) as a foundation for understanding the Circumplex styles and be introduced to the Integrated Diagnostic System. The Circumplex will provide you with a highly-visual, consistent framework for providing feedback at all levels—individuals, managers, leaders, teams, and organizations. After you have completed Quantifying Organizational Culture and Personal Styles, you may select the workshops that will help you achieve your individual and organizational goals.
- Culture: The Foundation for Sustained Effectiveness, which focuses on the Organizational Culture Inventory® (OCI®) and Organizational Effectiveness Inventory® (OEI)
- Building Effective Teams, highlighting the Group Styles Inventory™ (GSI) and HSI Simulations
- Developing Constructive Leaders, centering on ACUMEN® Leadership WorkStyles™
- The Impact of Leaders on Culture, featuring the Leadership/Impact® (L/I) 360° assessment
- Management/Impact® Accreditation Workshop, a two-day workshop that teaches you everything you need to know to use Management/Impact (M/I)
